Las Vegas Event Staffing Pricing
Every campaign is scoped and quoted on its own terms. Here is what goes into a quote, what is included, and how to get one for your dates.
One all-inclusive number
Your proposal covers recruitment, training, uniform coordination, on-site management, liability insurance, and post-campaign reporting in a single figure. No separate booking fees, no line items added after the fact.
Six things that set the number
Two campaigns with the same headcount can price very differently. These are the factors we scope before quoting.
Roles and team size
A roaming sampling team, a booth crew running lead capture, and a VIP hospitality team are different skill sets. The mix of roles and how many people you need on the floor is the biggest single driver of a quote.
Shift length and duration
A one-day grand opening prices differently from a four-day convention or a month-long street team campaign. Longer and repeating engagements get scoped as programs rather than one-off shifts.
Dates and demand
Las Vegas talent gets tight during CES, SEMA, NAB, MAGIC, and major fight and festival weekends. Booking early into those windows gets you a better roster and a cleaner quote.
Training and specialization
Bilingual staff, licensed bartenders, technical product demonstrators, and luxury brand specialists carry deeper training requirements than general event staff.
Venue and logistics
Convention center badge requirements, resort and casino access, parking, permits, and load-in windows all affect what a campaign takes to run properly.
Management and reporting
On-site team leads, photo and recap reporting, and lead qualification get scoped in based on what you need back from the activation.
What every campaign includes
- Recruitment and screening from a Vegas-local roster
- Brand-specific training before anyone reaches your floor
- Uniform and wardrobe coordination
- On-site team lead and day-of supervision
- General liability insurance
- Post-campaign recap reporting

Pricing questions
How much does event staffing cost in Las Vegas?
It depends on the roles, the team size, the shift length, and the dates. Rather than publish a rate card that would not survive contact with your actual scope, we quote each campaign on what it takes to run it. Send us the dates, venue, and headcount and you will get a written proposal with a single all-in number.
What is included in a quote?
Recruitment, brand training, uniform coordination, on-site management, liability insurance, and post-campaign reporting are scoped into the proposal. There are no separate booking fees and no line items added after the fact.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes go out within one business day of us understanding the scope. If your dates fall inside a major convention week, reach out as early as you can so we can hold the roster.
Do you require a minimum booking?
Yes. We scope a practical minimum so a team can be briefed and supervised properly. We will tell you what that looks like for your campaign when we scope it.
How far in advance should I book for CES or SEMA?
For the major Las Vegas trade shows we recommend starting three months out. Vegas-local talent books heavily in those windows, and early scoping gets you the roster you actually want rather than whoever is left.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Deposit and balance terms are set out in your proposal, and established accounts can be set up on terms.
Can I book last-minute staff?
Often, yes. We keep a large Vegas-based roster and regularly turn around short-notice requests. Call us and we will tell you honestly what is available for your dates.
